Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your account or any data associated with Groop AI, you can submit a request at any time.

 

To request deletion of your data:

 

1. Send an email to support@groopai.com with the subject line: Data Deletion Request.

2. Include the email address or username you used to sign up.

3. Once we verify your request, we will delete your data from our systems within 7 business days.

 

If you signed up through Facebook or Instagram, you can also request deletion directly via your Facebook/Instagram settings.
