When you connect your Instagram or Facebook account to Groop AI, you authorize us to access and process the data that Meta makes available through its official APIs. You remain responsible for all activity that occurs under your connected accounts.

 

 

Ownership and Content

 

You retain ownership of the content you create and share through Instagram or Facebook. Groop AI does not claim ownership of your messages, comments, or posts. By using our Service, you grant us permission to process and store this content as needed to deliver the features of the Service.

 

 

Service Availability

 

We strive to keep Groop AI available and running reliably. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be affected by factors outside of our control, including changes to Meta’s APIs, network issues, or technical failures. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from interruptions or downtime.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groop AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to your use of the Service will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the preceding three months.

 

 

Termination

 

You may stop using Groop AI at any time. You can also remove our access by disconnecting Groop AI from your Instagram or Facebook account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in activity that threatens the security or integrity of our Service.

 

 

Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

 

 

Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the United Kingdom.
